This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 36C25026Q0193. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full and Open Competition). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311511 � Fluid Milk Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,150 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 8960 � Beverages, Nonalcoholic. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10) is seeking to purchase various gallons and half-pints of milk and chocolate milk.
