Description
**Sources Sought amended on 16 DEC 2025 to incorporate the TDP, amend the Questionnaire to add a question, and extend posting to 29 DEC 2025. Contractors must request access to TDP, have valid JCP Certification, and submit DD2345 to Contract Specialist via email in order to view TDP. See below** Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified Contractors for the production of the M2A2 Aiming Circle, NSN: 6675-01-067-0687. Suppliers capable of manufacturing this item must indicate so in response, by email, to Ryan Nawrocki, ryan.d.nawrocki.civ@army.mil, and Pamela Cunha, pamela.cunha.civ@army.mil. The purpose of this market survey is to identify potential offerors and gather information for planning purposes about capabilities of each industry source as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e). The input will help ACC-DTA ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of all potential offerors. The market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as commitment by the Government. No telephone responses will be accepted. Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL): The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution D Export Controlled. JCP Certification is required. You must request access to the TDP via SAM.gov and have JCP Certification. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs). Upon completion of the purposes for which Government Technical Data has been provided, the Contractor is required to destroy all documents, including all reproductions, duplications, or copies thereof as may have been further distributed by the Contractor. Destruction of this technical data shall be accomplished by: shredding, pulping, burning, or melting any physical copies of the TDP and/or deletion or removal of downloaded TDP files from computer drives and electronic devices, and any copies of those files.
