Description

AMENDMENT 0001 ----- This Solicitation is hereby amended to update the mowing acreage requirements in the PWS as follows: Yegua Park Facility Mowing (including evap pond) is 52.47 acres (increased from 52 acres) and the Yegua Park Periodic Mowing is 24.74 acres (decreased from 25 acres). Rocky Creek Park Facility Mowing is 91.78 acres (decreased from 111 acres) and Rocky Creek Park Periodic Mowing is 19.56 acres (increased from 13 acres). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. W9126G26QA094 ? Somerville Lake Mowing Services (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9126G26QA094 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Mowing Services at Somerville Lake, Capital Region, Texas. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. PLEASE NOTE SITE VISIT SCHEDULED ON 27 MAY 2026 AT 10:00 AM.
