Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 75D301-26-Q-78829 (see attachment) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for four (4) MVE Cryo Carts with temperature recorder and plumbing (MVE part number 14448703). This is a brand name requirement. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the acquisition of items listed in Section B - Contract Line Items (CLINS). The CDC will select the quote that is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated priced. Please either fill in the dollar amounts or provide a separate excel spreadsheet containing the same information including a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure, and options, if applicable.
