Description
SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD. This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office(NCO) 15, hereby announces it notice of intent to negotiate with SJS Executives LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) on a sole source basis in accordance with(IAW) 38 U.S. Code 8127 and VAAR 852.819-70008 to provide Electrical/Mechanical Technician Support to maintain the automated pharmaceutical equipment systems for a period of up to 12 months for the Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy (CMOP) located in Leavenworth, KS These services represent a critical need providing 515,000 prescriptions per day being mailed out daily to 330,000 Veterans. The applicable NAICs Code for this requirement is 561320 Temporary Help Services. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the network contracting office (NCO) 15, via email to wade.cunningham@va.gov to express their ability to provide these products for future needs.
