Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for CES Cross-Connection Survey. See attached RFQ and related attachments for more details. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Statement of Work (SOW) Appendices and to correct the Contracting Officer's email address in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (COMBO). Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional responses to questions submitted by prospective contractors, to revise the Statement of Work, and to revise the COMBO. See attachments for more details. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the RFQ due date/time. See attachments for more details.
