Description
1. Description of Requirement The 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot AFB is publicizing this Source Sought notice in order gather industry information on capability and availability of contractors to provide regulated garbage incineration services for Minot Air Force Base (AFB), North Dakota. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and must not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses are completely voluntary and will not be considered as quotes, proposals or bids, nor will any award be made as a result of receiving a response. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice. Any future solicitation, including specifications and/or drawings, will be made available only on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov). Interested Parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates and/or amendments. 2. Required Vendor Information / Capability Statement All interested parties are invited to submit a Capability Statement. There is no required format for the Statement; however, it should, at a minimum, include the following: Company name, address, CAGE code, and UEI number. Point of contact with phone number and email address. A brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements outlined in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW). 3. Submission Instructions Please submit your Capability Statement via email to kha.ho@us.af.mil and keri.meis.1@us.af.mil. The subject line of the email should read: "Response to Sources Sought - Regulated Garbage Incinerator." Responses are requested no later than 4:00pm CST on 13 March 2026. Attachment: 1. Statement of Work
