*****AWARD NOTICE***** Offeror: Technical Services Group, Inc. Location: Snellville, GA Purchase Order #: FA813226P0018 Total Evaluated Price (TEP): $87,813.28 Total Award Amount: $540,821.25 *TEP is the actual quoted amount from the contractor. The Government added additional funding for Remedial Maintenance over and above the TEP. A full explanation of TEP can be found in the CSS. AMENDMENT 1: The Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section 1.21, has been revised to include Special Qualifications in accordance with the following Technical Orders/Manuals: AIR FORCE TO 33B-1-1 ARMY TM 1-1500-335-23 NAVY (NAVAIR) 01-1A-16-1 Please ensure your quote takes into account these changes to the PWS. *******THE DUE DATE FOR QUOTATIONS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 21 JAN 2026.******* Question: The Equipment List shows 3 tube heads, but only one generator for PMXG out of a total of 6 machines. How many machines will need maintence? Answer: There are 6 pieces of equipment that will need maintenance. Only one tube head is in use at a time, but the other 2 tube heads will also need Preventive Maintenance. Preventive and Remedial Maintenance for X-Ray Producing Equipment on Tinker AFB, OK. This CSS replaces CSS FA813225Q0038, which was canceled on 31 Dec 2025. ******Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) and Performance Work Statement for complete details.******
