Description
The Government seeks a contractor to provide qualified personnel for legal services, including legal representation to certain unrepresented, detained individuals found by an Immigration Judge or by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to be incompetent to represent themselves in immigration proceedings. Also within the scope are interpretation services to ensure that the services rendered are available in the language of the NQRP respondent, and third-party services which provide the option for the qualified representatives to retain or procure experts or other third party services.
