Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Forklift and Aerial Working Platforms (AWP) Rentals. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is requesting quotes for a commercial services contract with performance to take place at Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) San Diego, CA, for Forklift and Aerial Working Platforms (AWP) Rental services. Details of the requirement are listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is being competed on an unrestricted basis (full and open). The Government intends to award a 5-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for commercial services with firm fixed priced task orders being issued. The estimated period of performance (POP) will be 12/1/2025 � 11/30/2030. The Contractor is required to complete all attachments and submit them with their quote, per FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Addendum). Required documents shall be submitted by 11/20/2025 at 9:00 am PST. Questions are due by 11/14/2025 at 9:00 am PST.
