Army Corps of Engineers, Floating Plant M/V SAMA Aluminum Hull Repair, Electrical Upgrades, and Vessel Improvements The requirements for aluminum hull repairs, electrical system upgrades, coating application, and equipment improvements for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) floating plant operating in freshwater environments. QUOTE SUBMISSION: All quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to Jamie Lynn Barnes, Contract Specialist, at Jamie.L.Barnes@usace.army.mil and Alison Abernathy, Contracting Officer, at alison.t.abernathy@usace.army.mil by Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 1:00 PM. Amendment 0001 Project: M/V Sama, Vessel Repairs The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Add attachment "MV Sama_Inspection Report.pdf" 2. Update Technical Point of Contact information in Performance Work Statement 3. Extend the quote deadline from 23 April 2026 to 29 April 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Time All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend quote due date to 21 May 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Time 2. Revise Performance Work Statement to remove requirement for Marine Radio and Speaker Installation, section 3.6, and provide clarification on section 3.1.3 Coating System 3. Revise Quote Schedule 4. Updated Wage Determination All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
