The U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefit Security Administration (EBSA), seeks information/solutions for Participant Assistance Program (PAP) Customer Satisfaction Survey Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a Request for Information (RFI). Please submit questions using Attachment 01 - QA Log NLT March 19, 2026. Responses to the RFI are due on March 30, 2026 at 2:00PM EST.
