THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 1 IS TO EXTEND CLOSING DATE, ANSWER CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS, AND POST A REVISED RIPD. ATTACHED IS THE ACTUAL SOLICITATION FOR THE JMTC COOLING SYSTEM. THE ACQUISITION STRATEGY IS FULL AND OPEN. ***SITE VISIT IS INDICATED WITHIN THE SOLICITATION THAT IS SCHEDULED FOR 14 APR 2026 THAT IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA. **PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A DRAFT SOLICITATION FOR JMTC COOLING SYSTEM.
