SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Title: C CURE 9000 Physical Access Control System Lee County Healthcare Center (LCHC) Notice Type: Sources Sought NAICS Code: 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) PSC Code: N063 Installation of Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems Size Standard: $25.0 Million Purpose The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, is conducting market research to identify qualified small business concerns authorized to install Software House C CURE 9000 Physical Access Control System (PACS) at LCHC. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Scope of Requirement The Contractor shall furnish and install all hardware and software required to implement a C CURE 9000 compatible PACS at LCHC, including components capable of reading VHA issued PIV cards. This PACS, referred to as the CBOC System, will be owned and maintained by LCHC and connected to the VHA network, which will be maintained by VHA. Requested Information Interested parties shall submit the following: Company Information: Name, address, UEI/DUNS, NAICS code(s), and business size (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.). Capability Statement: Demonstrate ability to provide laundry chemical services for healthcare or institutional facilities, including installation and maintenance of dispensing systems. Technical Approach: Describe chemical products, dispensing equipment, programming capabilities, and compliance with VA safety/environmental standards. Service Support: Detail on-site service availability, response times, training programs, and preventive maintenance plans. Past Performance: Provide examples of similar contracts performed for VA or other healthcare organizations. GSA/FSS Information: If applicable, provide GSA Schedule contract number and SIN(s).
