Description
Update 16 May 2018: The purpose of this update is to provide an early DRAFT RFP and PWS. Interested parties who plan on attending the previously announced industry day are encouraged to review these documents prior to the event. Feedback on these draft documents is welcome at any time to the Contracting Officer via email kurt.dronenburg@fe.navy.mil.
