The Agency must not be co-located on the same floor as any of the following government agencies: Office of the U.S. Attorney, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons, or any other law enforcement agencies. ? Must provide the appearance of a dignified and professional law office. ? Daytime cleaning is required to be performed. ? Offered space must be contiguous on one floor. ? The space will be occupied by a customer-facing agency. ? LAN/Server room requires 24/7 cooling. 06/2025 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. It is preferred that the offered space shall not be in the 1- percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). The space will be occupied by a customer-facing agency. Example agencies: SSA, FPD, IRS, VA, EOIR, etc. customers that provide a service to the public.
