Description
This requirement is for Laboratory Courier services at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. All small businesses shall be registered with SBA to be considered a small business. All offerors should review the entire solicitation. Instructions and Evaluation Factors can be found in sections E.1 and E.2. All questions shall be submitting to Contracting Officer Daniel Zielinski, daniel.zielinski@va.gov.
