Description

The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for solid waste removal at the Seattle Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZSE ARTCC) 3101 Auburn Way S, Auburn, WA 98092. The FAA is seeking sources that have the capability of providing these services. If interested, you are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought Notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC no later than 10AM CST on November 11, 2025, to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name, SAM UEI number, socioeconomic category, and are asked to provide a capabilities statement with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists currently. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The acquisition strategy will be decided based on responses and other market research efforts. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or cost incurred in response to this announcement shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Notice: DO NOT respond to this notice in the Interested Vendors List. Interested firms must respond directly to Molly Lipka, Contract Specialist at: molly.lipka@faa.gov and Todd Butler Contracting Officer at: todd.butler@faa.gov Below is the size ZSE ARTCC requires for services, if your containers are a different size, provide what is compatible with FAA needs listed below. � (1) 30-yard open-top container � pickup on the 1st Tuesday of each month � (1) 30-yard closed-top container � pickup every other Wednesday � (1) 8-cubic yard cardboard recycle container � pickup every Thursday Properly dispose of all materials in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, local waste regulations. �Contamination of trash� - The vendor is required to put a sign that is waterproof on container that states what will be allowed in that container. Vendor needs to state the pricing for drop off and pickup for the new containers The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561211 � solid waste collection. This effort is for full and open competition, no set aside.
