Description

The US Embassy in Guatemala requires professional services to complete a rehabilitation of a tennis court located in one of its Official Residences. This rehabilitation effort is necessary to restore the tennis court to functional, safe, and playable conditions suitable for both recreational and official use within the facility. To properly rehabilitate the court, corrective actions must include the treatment of cracks using elastomeric filling compounds and the improvement of surface flatness through grinding or localized filling to remove minor protrusions and level depressions. These preparatory measures are essential prior to the installation of a new sports surface to ensure optimal playing conditions, safety, and compliance with recognized tennis standards as detailed in the attached statement of work.
