Description
Synopsis for Solicitation number 1301330885 (Calibration Services The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for calibration services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement covers the procurement services and associated cost. The procurement action is for United States Fleet Forces Command. This action is a small business set aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5. The requirement was solicited on 19 February 2026 � 24 February 2026, 12:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME ZONE. The items that are required to be calibrated are attached to this notice post. The attachment outlines the specifications for this requirement. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
