Description
The purpose of this amendment is to correct the text in the description box of the sam.gov posting of the solicitation to read as follows: This is a request for quote (RFQ) for the Replacement of Alarm System & Electrical Panel at Fort Scott National Historic Site in Fort Scott, KS. This RFQ is for a Firm-Fixed Priced contract using NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the size standard is $45 million. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for the Revisions to both men�s and women�s stalls for improved efficiency and ABA compliance. Approximately 550 SF Remodel existing Men and Women restrooms to provide a minimum of one ABA and two standard toilet compartments for each. Provide three laves each sex. This contract will remove and replace four air handlers/Furnaces, four heat pumps/condensing units with their line sets and electrical components. These units are located in the Infantry Barracks (HS-6). PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000 Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Bourbon County, KS will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. You are requested to submit a quote to the Department of Interior (Attn: Nicholas M Murray Email to nicholas_murray@ios/doi.gov). This request does not constitute a notice to proceed with performance of the services, nor shall it be considered as a commitment on the part of the Government. Your cooperation in submitting the requested information within the time specified is appreciated.
