*AMENDMENT 0003* Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary requires deep water dockage services for the NOAA research vessels, R/V Gannet. Amendment 0003 of this solicitation is to provide responses to additional questions received (see added attachment, "QA2_1305M226Q0030"). The quote submission deadline is extended to February 20, 2026 at 11am EST. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
