Solicitation Information: All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Jaclyn Porter at jaclyn.l.porter.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 17 June 2026. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order for items as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1). Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
