Description
The Contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials necessary to provide topsoil and spread the topsoil according to the scope of work at the Gull Lake Recreation Area. The topsoil will be supplied and spread to a closed section of roadway where the asphalt has been recently milled North of the Gull Lake Campground.
