Description
This primary purpose of this announcement is to provide notice regarding the Governments intent to award a sole source contract to the incumbent contractor for the requirement detailed below. Additionally, this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are not requested at this time as it is a sole source acquisition however any concerns or issues related to the Governments intent may be submitted prior to the closing date/time. Solicitation FA2541-26-R-B003 is for The United States (U.S.) Navy (USN) Naval Senior Leadership Communications - Aircraft (NSLC-A) Satellite Communications requirement is for the procurement of Commercial Satellite Communication (COMSATCOM) services and ancillary services in support of existing C-37 aircraft. NSLC-A assures communications including end-to-end access for principal Naval Senior Leadership when traveling on service-controlled C-37 aircraft. The contract will be a 2-year (12-month base period and two (2) 6-month option periods) contract with a period of performance from March 10, 2026, through September 09, 2028. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517410 with a small business size standard for $44,000. The J&A will be posted IAW FAR 6.305 separately.
