Description
RFQ posted on GSA eBuy under MAS 334220 on April 21, 2026. Any questions/comments regarding the RFQ documents shall be submitted through GSA eBuy no later than Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 5:00 p.m. Eastern. However, the Government may or may not respond to any questions/comments received. Draft RFQ posted on GSA eBuy under MAS 334220 on April 3, 2026. Draft RFQ only available through GSA eBuy. Any questions/comments regarding the Draft RFQ documents shall be submitted through GSA eBuy no later than Friday, April 10, 2026. However, the Government does not currently intend to provide direct responses to any questions/comments received. Vendors may submit attached Letter - CBP Request for Expedited GSA Schedule Processing - M2S2 to GSA to request expedited GSA schedule processing. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has a requirement to procure Modular Mobile Surveillance Systems (M2S2). Please find Government responses to vendor questions and the draft acquisition strategy attached. The Government intends to post the Request for Quotes (RFQ) on GSA eBuy approximately April 2026. Potential quoters must have their M2S2 System on a GSA schedule in order to submit a quote for this requirement. Intended Contract Type: Multiple-award blanket purchase agreement - Firm fixed price (FFP). Intended Period of Performance: One (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods for a total period of performance of five (5) years.
