The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 15, is soliciting for competitive quotes for a single award firm fixed price contract for Wall-mounted Intraoral X-Ray Units for the Wichita VA Medical Center Dental Clinic in Wichita, KS. ���. Basic description of requirement: Seeking the purchase and installation of 8 wall-mounted x-ray units with sensors for activation of new dental clinic. ���. See Section B.2, Statement of Work, for equipment salient characteristics being sought. See Section E.1 for RFQ submission requirements. See Section E.4 to complete Small Business Program Representations. See Section E.5 to complete Buy American Certificate. See Section E.6 for Evaluation Criteria. ���. Set-aside Information: This solicitation is issued under FAR 19.502-2 as a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 339114 � Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. ���. Solicitation Documents: Dissemination of the solicitation is limited to electronic medium. An Offeror's mailing list WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer, as it is the Offeror�s responsibility to register at the www.sam.gov website. ���. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this solicitation. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
