Description

The Corrosion Repair Facility(CRF) at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) require preventive maintenance and repair services for Personal Property/Collateral Equipment (PP/CE) installed aboard MCBH in support of the Marine Corps Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) program. These services include and are not limited to inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, troubleshooting, and replacing faulty components for one (1) blast booth and three (3) wash racks at various locations aboard MCBH and two forklifts in Building 21668 aboard Camp Pendleton, California. Services shall include scheduled Monthly Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), Annual PMCS, and Corrective Maintenance as required on all equipment associated with the 3rd Marine Regiment, CLB-3, and Corrosion Repair Facility (CRF) wash racks and the CRF Abrasive Blast System and associated equipment. Quotes for the services, along with a Technical Capability Statement that directly illustrates how you are prepared to execute against each of the Tasks outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), shall be electronically submitted via email to Sergeant Eduard Gonzalez at eduard.gonzalez@usmc.mil by 4:00 p.m. HAWAII STANDARDTIME (HST), 13 April 2026. All questions shall be submitted, in writing via e-mail, by 4:00 PM HST, 27 March 2026. For more information, see Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors on page 49 of the Solicitation.
