Description
Commodity: The Air Force intends to have an Industry Day/Site Visit to prepare to synopsize, solicit and award the following commodity: The 76 Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) is requesting the utilization of funds for the delivery, installation, performance verification, and training for the High-Pressure Air Compressor at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB). The attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and DRAFT item description defines the effort required. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW). A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at HYPERLINK https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . The NAICS code for this requirement is 333912 with a size standard of 1000 EMP. The site visit will take place on 11 February 2026 from 9:00 AM � 11:00 AM. If you will be attending the site visit, you must notify Shana Mandley at shana.mandley@us.af.mil and Sheridan Robison at sheridan.robison@us.af.mil by 4 February 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. The email must contain who will be attending, phone numbers and emails for each individual, and if you will/will not need assistance getting on Tinker Air Force Base. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring a Real ID and/or valid passport to be allowed on the installation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through SAM.gov.
