Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD anticipates awarding a sole source, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Insitu, Inc. 118 E Columbia River Way, Bingen, WA 98605. This IDIQ will facilitate orders for Insitu RQ-21A Blackjack, Integrator and ScanEagle UAS sustainment services in support of PMA-263 International Partners. The type of associated services to be procured include training, Field Service Representative (FSR) services, travel, basic life support services, field integration services and program management. It is anticipated the resulting IDIQ contract will be a combination of Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable for the UAS services described above. The anticipated period of performance is a five year ordering period . Contract Award is anticipated for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. GENERAL INFORMATION: Insitu, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the UAS, and is the only available source known to possess the technical data, unique logistics support experience, sufficient knowledge and familiarity with the design and related specifications of the RQ-21A, ScanEagle and Integrator UAS. Insitu has the requisite knowledge, experience and capabilities to perform the required technical efforts within the required timeframe. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). There are no commitments by the government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above.
