(16) Description � The objective of this requirement is reservation of a sponsorship/exhibitor booth space, size 20 feet x 20 feet at the 2026 IWCE Conference, scheduled for March 16 through March 19, 2026. It includes the Gold Sponsorship Package and a booth space 400 square feet (20 feet x 20 feet) in size. The Exhibit Space Selection shall include exhibit booth space, a company identification sign, standard pipe-and-drape layout, perimeter security, and general illumination. The requirement allows for time to assemble the 20�x20� exhibit booth prior to the conference, and time to dismantle the exhibit booth after the conference.
