Notice of Cancelation of this request for quote: the purpose of this admenent is to cancel the RFQ/combined synopsis/solicitation in its entirety due to major specification changes, and that no award will be made under the current notice. Notice of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition IS set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Solicitation number 15BBNF26Q00000016 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, intends to issue a solicitation for the supply and delivery of: 8-each of 5.0-ton wall mount air conditioning units that are like, equal or comparable to BARD model number W60AF-A00. Technical specifications must meet the following: R-454B Refrigerant, AC - Right or Center Controls, 208/230 VAC Single Phase 60 HZ, no heat option, enamel painted steel, Standard copper or Aluminum evaporative condenser coils. Delivery is required, all items must be shipped FOB to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Miami FL, located at 15801 SW 137th Ave. Miami FL 33177. Delivery is to be completed within forty-five (45) days of order. Items not delivered within the required time frame may be subject to cancelation and any/all shipping and restocking fees will be the responsibility of the awarded offeror. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Government reserves the right to award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will follow the Lowest Price � Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, where price and technical acceptability will be evaluated equally. All potential offerors are advised that this solicitation requires offerors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Please include your SAM.gov Unique Entity ID with your offer.
