Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. This solicitation is issued under authority of FAR 13, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q0540_1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for Emergency Paging System for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. Applicable NAICS: 334290 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-01). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. Fully licensed company shall provide for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC), Shreveport Louisiana 71101 RESPONSES ARE DUE Tuesday, May 26, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. CST. Quotes are due electronically to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic quotes will be considered. Phone calls will not be accepted, all question and or concerns must be submitted via email to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov by Thursday May 21, 2026 by 12:00 p.m.! As specified in these sections an incomplete and/or non-responsive offer shall not be considered for a contract award by the contracting officer.
