New attachments include: "RFQ 36C10B25Q0487 - SAVAHCS VSOM" with revisions to hardware delivery and installation, "Vendor Q&A Response - RFQ 36C10B25Q0487 - v2" to answer second round questions, and "SAVAHCS Camera Listing 2025" to provide information mentioned in the Q&A response. The due-date for submissions is 10:00am ET on Friday, September 19, 2025. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amemdment 0002 is issued to extend the due date for submission of quotes, as the Government works on answering vendor questions. The due-date for submissions is changed from 10:00am ET on Wednesdy, September 17, 2025 to 10:00am ET on Friday, September 19, 2025. The due-date for submissions remains unchanged at 10:00am ET on September 17, 2025. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items being issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. Quotes are due by 10:00am ET on September 17, 2025. Quotes shall be emailed to steven.baum@va.gov with a CC to stefanie.applegate@va.gov. The VA department of Healthcare Technology Management requires the replacement of existing software, application servers, and video storage servers for the current Video Surveillance Operations Manager (VSOM) video surveillance program, at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHCS) campus style hospital (3601 South 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723). Milestone�s XProtect software is needed to meet this requirement and integrate into and work with the existing Lighthouse system and all the currently installed equipment. This system is used throughout the main facility and has been deemed critical in high alert areas. The system must operate without issue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at SAVAHCS. Technical training is required to ensure all users receive the necessary skills to perform duties within the updated system. The period of performance for associated maintenance and support shall be 12 months from date of award; there are no option periods or optional tasks. Physical delivery of hardware shall be within 14 days of award. Software and related support shall be delivered and rendered electronically. On-site vendor installation and training will occur within 30 days of award, unless a reasonable alternative timeframe is agreed upon.
