Description
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to: (1) Extend the due date for proposals; and (2) Advise vendors that multiple awards may be made as a result of this solicitation. (End of Amendment 0002). ______________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide the government's response to questions that were submitted by interested offerors. Please refer to the attached Q&A spreadsheet. (End of Amendment 0001). ______________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV26R0024 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) on an unrestricted basis. There will not be an evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status. This procurement will however be conducted pursuant to the Randolph-Sheppard Act (RSA), 34 CFR � 395.31 Vending Facility Program, which establishes priority for blind persons recognized and represented by the State Licensing Agency (SLA), in the award of contracts for the operation of vending services on federal facilities. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. Refer to the attached solicitation documents for a full description of required items.
