Description
Update Number 0012: The purpose of amendment A0010 is to clarify how the Government is evaluating the number of ships. Therefore, the following sections of the solicitation have been updated accordingly: Add language in Sections L.2.1.2 and M.4.2 in red, and revise language in Section M.4.4 in red.
