Added three days because combined synopsis solicitation wasnt attached. 3 complete drum kits of 870 slow Black urethane casting resin and 1 complete drum kit of 870 slow Tan - These urethane kits are semi-rigid plastic with some flexibility that is strong and tough. Originally developed for high impact tooling, this product also offers abrasion and chemical resistance. It is ideal for a variety of industrial applications and fabrication of military training aids. Each of the three kits consists of two 55-gallon drums (Part A and Part B). The mixed resin is low in viscosity and does not require vacuum degassing. Technical Overview of the 3 870 slow black kits: Mix Ratio: 100A : 60B by weight; Mixed Viscosity cps.: 3,500 (ASTM D-2393); Specific Gravity, g/cc: 1.08 (ASTM D-1475); Specific Volume, cu. in./lb.: 26 (ASTM D-1475); Pot Life: 20 minutes @ 73?F / 23?C (ASTM D-2471); Handling Time: 4 hours @73?F / 23?C, depending on mass: Full Cure: 48 hours @ 73?F/23?C or 6 hours @150?F/60?C, depending on mass; Color: Black; Shore D Hardness: 63 (ASTM D-2240); Die C Tear Strength, pli: 488 (ASTM D-624); Ultimate Tensile, psi: 4,280 (ASTM D-638); Elongation @ Break: 400% (ASTM D-638); Shrinkage, in./in.: 0.001 (ASTM D-2566); Heat Distortion Temperature: 150?F / 60?C; Izod Impact Resistance (ft*lb/in): 16.1. Shipping with Lead Time of 30 days or less for the first 2 complete Black kits. The 1 remaining black kit shall be shipped 30 days after the first shipment of black kits.
