Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) . Technical Specifications of Quoted Products (Address how they meet Salient Characteristics) * The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer. Site Visit pertaining to this solicitation: The optional site visit shall be held on 15 July 2026 at 1:00PM CDT starting at B8129. Deadline for Questions pertaining to this solicitation: Questions shall be sent to the email addresses: matthew.viana@us.af.mil and jesse.wisowaty@us.af.mil NLT 21 July 2026 at 1:00 P.M. (CDT). Deadline for receipt of offers: NLT 29 July 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (CDT). All quotes shall be emailed to matthew.viana@us.af.mil and jesse.wisowaty@us.af.mil Please see attached RFQ and attachments for more detailed information.
