The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 5 each of a SEAT, PALLET ASSY; NSN: 1680-01-648-6130; Part Number: 1010298-003 applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 5 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 5 each, 360 DACA with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS ZONE SMALL BUSINESS. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
