S--MSFO SEPTIC SERVICE

Description

Solicitation Number: 140R1726Q0039, Septic Services for Middle Snake Field Office, Emmette, Idaho. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for septic services for the Black Canyon Dam, Black Canyon Park, Cobblestone Park, Triangle Park, Wild Rose Park, Montour Campground, Black Canyon Reservoir Public Boat Ramps. This is weekly disposal over a five (5) year period. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract on or before August 1, 2026. The initial period of performance (base year) shall be on or before August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with four (4) 1-year option years to renew annually. This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Gena Palmer at Georgena_palmer@ios.doi.gov within 3 days of this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or to compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since this synopsis is not a request for quote or a request for proposal.
