Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance services for the Compliance vessel, including routine inspections, engine servicing, hull cleaning, electrical system checks, and safety equipment verification. Solicitation number 140R2026Q0037 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price with Time and Materials Adjustment Purchase Order for services represented in the Performance Work Statement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 336611 and the size standard is 1,300 employees. The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the line items. Please see further instructions for quote submission under Provision 52.212-1 Addendum. Quotes are due Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:00am Pacific Time and should be emailed to margaret_jones@ios.doi.gov.
