Setup BPA for Translation and Interpretation services for the U.S. Embassy. (Due Date: December 05, 2025)

To: Prospective Bidders Subject: Request for Quotation No. 19VM3026Q0005 - Translation and Interpretation Services We intend to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for future translation and interpretation requirements of the U.S. Embassy Hanoi. The Embassy estimates that the volume of Purchase through this BPA will be: USD 250,000. The Embassy is not obligated to purchase any definite amount under this BPA. The amount of any one purchase will not exceed USD 10,000. The US Government intends to award BPAs to those firms that are technically acceptable, responsible, and cleary intend to sell product or services to the US Government at market prices or below. The Contracting Officer will determine technical acceptability by ensuring that the firm is table to comply with the term of this BPA. Please email your proposal to Ms Duong Dang at Dangdt@state.gov. The U.S. Embassy Hanoi will review your proposal. The proposal must have the company registration record in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/searchRecords/searchResults.jsf with the Unique Entity ID number (UEI) for doing business with the U.S Government. If you already have the SAM record available please provide UEI in the quotation for reference.
