Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division in China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, intends to award a contract, on an other than full and open competition basis as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial contract to Daqscribe Solutions, LLC, 10 Inverness Drive East, Suite 125, Englewood, CO 80112, for the acquisition of Ethernet Recorders. 2x: MDR8500-10XG-19T-ADSY1100-A - Ethernet Packet Capture and Record System 1x: MDR8500-10XG-CO - One-Time system configuration and management fee 1x: MDR8500-10XG-19T-ADSY1100N-A - Internal Hardware 5x: MDRv-38T-5 - Spare 38 TB Drives 1x: DSS-72 - Software This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received by the Contracting Office no later than five business days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response must reference solicitation number N6053026PR00414 and include a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm�s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. The Government will consider all information received via email by the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. The deadline for receipt is 4:00 PM PST on April 6, 2026. Please note the following: A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. Telephone responses will not be accepted. All submissions and questions must be sent via email to the points of contact listed below. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) A CMMC Level 1 (Foundational) certification is anticipated for this requirement. If your firm disagrees with this anticipated level, please provide a detailed rationale and recommend an alternative CMMC level in your response. System for Award Management (SAM) To be eligible for this contract, all interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. You can register or verify your status at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal Government.
