Description
This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB) related to the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest (DSW) Region, Phoenix Location, Building F Renovations. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236210, Industrial Building Construction with a size standard of $45 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB and prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Place of performance will be at WAPA, DSW, 615 S 43rd Ave, Phoenix, Arizona in Maricopa County. This construction project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, material, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation and equipment necessary for: Roofing Repair Storage Structure Installation Electrical System Upgrade HVAC Replacement Door Replacement Epoxy Floor Coating Exterior Paint The solicitation Statement of Work (SOW) and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet free of charge. No CD-ROMS or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Interested parties can download the solicitation at http://www.sam.gov or http://www.fedconnect.net on or about April 7, 2026. Any question shall be submitted in email to Martin Snow, Contracting Officer, msnow@wapa.gov referencing the solicitation number (89503126BWA000046) in the subject line. No phone calls will be accepted. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid, which shall be considered by this Agency. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
