U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: Corpus Christi Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: The northern boundary is formed by Hwy 37. Starting at the intersection of Corn Products Rd and Hwy 37 to the intersection of Hwy 37 and N Shoreline Blvd. Southern Boundary: The southern boundary is formed of the intersection of Saratoga Blvd and Airline Rd to the intersection of Airline Rd and Ocean Drive. Western Boundary: The western boundary is formed by Corn Product Rd to Hopkins Rd, Hopkins Rd to Joe Mireur to Old Brownsville Rd to 6625 Saratoga Blvd. Eastern Boundary: The eastern boundary is formed by Ocean Drive and runs from 1013 N Shoreline Blvd to 900 N Shoreline Blvd then turns to 1102 Ocean Dr to 4657 Ocean Dr. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 900 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years 06/2025 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
