Description

VA OIG 53C has a requirement for a training services subscription providing OIG personnel with access to industry?standard technical, professional, and cybersecurity courses and certifications. This training will maintain, enhance, and expand the skills and capabilities required to support OIG missions, IT modernization efforts, and continual service improvement. The training shall provide: Unlimited or subscription-based access to on-demand, in-person, virtual instructor?led, and/or self?paced training. Courses aligned to industry certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, CISSP, PMP, Agile/Scrum, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), networking, cybersecurity, AI, programming, and leadership development. Training formats that support remote, hybrid, or in?person learning as applicable. Access to hands?on labs, virtual labs, practice tests, and certification preparation materials. Certificate test Vouchers provided at end of course (examples CompTIA, Microsoft ) Technical support for OIG users during the subscription period. Training available for 12 months Option to retake course and retest included Additional Information: This is not a request for proposals at this time.
