Description
1. Introduction and Purpose The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)/ NASA Shared Service Center (NSSC) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for one (1) Medium Voltage (MV) Transformer. This is a Sources Sought only. NASA is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses, for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals. 2. Draft Technical Specifications Interested firms must demonstrate the capability to meet or exceed the following draft Statement of Work: See Attachment 01 � Draft Statement of Work 3. Submission Requirements Vendors having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and references. Please include: Company Profile and UEI Number Socioeconomic Status (e.g., 8(a), WOSB, SD-VOSB, HUBZone) Product literature and technical specifications Confirmation of product as a 'Commercial Product' per FAR 2.101 Confirm your ability to deliver the MV Transformer by May 2027 and offer a 24-month warranty 4. Response Instructions Submit all required documentation electronically to the Point of Contact listed below by the specified deadline: Deadline for Submission: 4/22/2026 at 2:00 PM CDT Point of Contact: Caitlin Angstadt (Caitlin.e.angstadt@nasa.gov) 5.
