Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Sources Sought in order to identify capable firms and obtain information for planning purposes only. Responses must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST, December 22nd, 2025. All respondents to this Sources Sought shall include as part of their response answers to the below questions and provide any additional pertinent information that supports the answers. If there are any ambiguities in this Sources Sought, please identify them in your response. The results of this market research will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., socioeconomic set-aside, full and open competition, etc.). System must include a compressor or blower, a humidifier, a flow generator, and various interfaces (masks, nasal prongs, etc.). System must be designed for ease of mobility and bedside use. System must be lightweight with ergonomic features. System must be touchscreen. System must provide steady, pressurized airflow. System must have the option to work plugged in and battery operated. System must include, but not be limited to, the following accessories: breathing hose, nebulizer tubing, breathing/ventilator adapters, mouthpiece, and a filter. System must have alarms and alerts for detecting disconnections, pressure drops, or device malfunctions. System must have a built-in pressure relief valve and backup power source as safety mechanisms. System must be compatible with the following interfaces: mouthpiece, facemask, trach adapter, and in-line with a ventilator System must be able to provide continuous positive expiratory pressure (CPEP), continuous high frequency oscillation (CHFO), and integrated with aerosol delivery. System must be able to integrate with HL7 EHR.
