The Architect of the Capitol requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the ability to procure uniform items to support the agency�s mission. Please see attached RFI and associated Draft SOW, Draft Pricing Sheet, and Draft Instructions to Quoters and Basis for Award.
