Description

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain a Software Upgrade, Repair and Tech Support services for Phillips UroNav Software. Anticipated Period of performance: 12/01/2025 to 11/30/2026 ,with the provision of four (4) 12-month Options through 11/30/2030 Basic description of the requirement: Philips Healthcare is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Philips DynaCAD and UroNav. The service contract will cover repair, tech support, training and more to assist providers and technicians. Place of Performance: Syracuse VA Medical Center 800 Irving Avenue Syracuse, NY 13210 NAICS code: 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) Small Business Size Standard $34 Million. Intended Source: Philips Healthcare A division of Philips North America LLC 414 Union St, 2nd Floor Nashville, TN 37219 THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 11/13/2025 at 10:00 am EST. Responses shall be submitted via email to Contracting Specialist Cara Grittner at cara.grittner@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
